What we use.
Our products feature artwork inspired by historic postage-stamp imagery and related ephemera. As a practical guideline, we source materials published before 1979. We do not represent that every individual image is public domain; rather, we create designs using materials that we in good faith believe are public domain, properly licensed, or otherwise lawfully used. When authorship or copyright status is unclear, we either obtain permission, rely on a lawful exception, or refrain from use.

Transformative artwork.
Each product is an original, transformative work by mystampingrounds—e.g., curated selections, collage, recomposition, color treatment, resizing, layering, illustration, typography, and other creative modifications. The resulting designs are original compilations/derivative works protected to the extent allowed by law, separate from any underlying public-domain elements.

No USPS affiliation.
mystampingrounds is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other postal authority. Any references to stamp issues, denominations, locations, or dates are descriptive only.

Trademarks.
All trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Any necessary, incidental reference to such marks is nominative fair use and does not imply endorsement.

If you believe any content here infringes your rights, please send a written notice identifying the work and the specific material at issue, your contact information, and a statement—under penalty of perjury—that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
